Australian Banking & Finance Insurance Awards 2009

Excellence and commitment were recognised at last night’s 7th annual Australian Banking & Finance Optus Business Insurance Awards.

QBE was named Best General Insurance Company of the Year while Frank O’Halloran, who has led the company since 1998, was named Best Australian Insurance Executive of the Year.

The awards were announced in Sydney at a gala ceremony at The Ivy Ballroom and attended by more than 150 people from the Australian insurance industry.
